The Heritage Collection is where High Tide is felt at its fullest.

Sourced from Sri Lanka’s central highlands — from regions like Kotmale and Matale — these coffees are shaped by elevation, climate, and the steady work of smallholder farmers who understand the land season after season. Each lot is carefully selected from well-ripened cherries and processed with intention, allowing the character of the origin to come through with clarity.

This collection explores the distinct expressions of Sri Lankan Arabica through Natural, Honey, and Fully Washed processes — each revealing a different side of the same terrain. From fruit-forward and vibrant to clean and structured, every cup carries a sense of place that is unmistakably local.

Roasted to a balanced medium, the aim is not to overpower, but to preserve — to let the coffee speak as it is.
