Return & Refund Policy

At High Tide Ceylon, we take care in sourcing, roasting, and packing our Sri Lankan Arabica coffees to ensure they reach you fresh and in the best possible condition. As coffee is a consumable product, our return and refund policy is designed to protect both product quality and customer experience.

Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for opened coffee products due to food safety and freshness considerations.

However, if your order arrives:

  • damaged in transit,
  • incorrect,
  • defective,
  • or significantly compromised in quality,

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • your order number,
  • clear photos of the product and packaging,
  • and a brief explanation of the issue.

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • a replacement product,
  • store credit,
  • or a refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened coffee bags
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Orders where the customer selected the wrong grind size or product variant
  • Clearance or promotional items unless received damaged

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue with the courier.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
