Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the following business day.

During periods of high demand, new product launches, or promotional campaigns, processing times may vary slightly.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Sri Lanka.

For inquiries regarding international shipping, wholesale orders, or café partnerships, please contact us directly before placing an order.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier operations:

• Colombo & Suburbs: Typically 1–3 business days

• Outside Colombo: Typically 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to:

• weather conditions,

• courier delays,

• public holidays,

• regional delivery limitations,

• or unforeseen operational issues.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size where applicable.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly communicated on the website or during checkout.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information may be shared once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in following up with the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• photos of the package and products,

• and details of the issue.

We will review the matter and work toward an appropriate resolution where applicable.
