High Tide Ceylon began through a shared passion for locally grown coffee and the belief that Sri Lankan Arabica deserves renewed recognition for the character, depth, and identity of its origin. Long before tea came to define the island, coffee was deeply connected to Sri Lanka’s Central Highlands — shaped by elevation, climate, fertile soil, and generations of cultivation across the region.

Built around a close connection to origin, High Tide works directly with smallholder coffee farmers across Sri Lanka’s highlands while keeping sourcing intentional, transparent, and relationship-driven, allowing more value to return to the growers behind each harvest. By focusing on locally grown Arabica coffee and carefully selected harvests, the aim is to highlight the natural qualities already present within Sri Lankan coffee rather than overpower them through excessive processing or roasting.

Through expressive natural, washed, and honey processes, each release explores a different side of Sri Lankan Arabica — from fruit-forward and vibrant profiles to softer, more balanced everyday coffees designed for consistency and accessibility. Roasting is approached with restraint and clarity, allowing the influence of origin, altitude, and process to remain visible in the cup.

As a Sri Lankan coffee brand, High Tide Ceylon exists not only to produce specialty coffee, but to help reintroduce Ceylon coffee to a new generation of drinkers both locally and internationally. Every coffee released is part of a wider effort to revive interest in Sri Lanka’s coffee-growing heritage while building a more sustainable and transparent future for the farmers, regions, and communities behind it.
